New Studio Work

I was recently commissioned to photograph a Fashion Promotions Student, from UCLAN, final degree project. The project was to create and brand a new line of sports wear under the make Reiss. "The Artist" David Burrow

I was fortunate  to meet a very colourful character called David Burrow from Penwortham. Who refers to himself as "The Artist" as this is how he is known to many shop owners in and around Preston. He paints primarily for himself from postcards or what he sees. He goes around Preston day to dayasking people to buy a print off him, as I did or to allow him to use their shop or cafe as a make shift gallery to sell his works.  His is heavily influenced by cubist artists Picasso and Lyonel Feininger. A very interesting chap and a pleasure to photograph.

Come Dine With Me

On yesterday's Come Dine With Me (16th March). This photograph can been seen very briefly in my mate Chris's bedroom. Just for a second but at least it got on TV. Good luck Chris!
